Refund policy

At Connect Femme, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and excellence in your shopping experience.

We accept exchanges within 7 calendar days after delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused;

  • Have original tags attached;

  • Be free of odors, stains, or alterations;

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

Sale items, accessories, and final sale pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact our official email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the item and order details.
